Elizabeth Termite Division
Join me as I get to know Elizabeth who has quickly taken over all termite administrative duties in the Black Knight office. Since April of 2021 Elizabeth has been diligently working in the office, answering phones, scheduling termite inspections for our professional inspectors, Jeff and Mike.
“The year has gone by so FAST!”
Her termite duties do not stop there. Every termite inspection report that needs to be typed, and sent out is completed by Elizabeth. She even schedules the termite repairs and treatment for the termite crew.
“Overall I help in anyway I can.”
I asked Elizabeth if she had ever worked in the Pest Control Industry in the past.
“No, this is my first time in the pest industry. I came from the jewelry business. It’s so different from jewelry and I love it!”
After that answer I had to know what she loved most about working for Black Knight Termite.
“I love seeing how the whole business the scenes. It’s exciting to see how everyone’s jobs come together and form one team.”
Being that she is answering the termite calls I asked what she gets calls on the most from customers.
“Currently most of the termite calls are for home sales, and home refinancing.”
I was not surprised by her response given the state of the housing market. Termite inspections are an important part of the home buying process.
Next, I went to my “go-to” question. What pest do you hate the most?
“Snakes! Just thinking about them gives me the chills.”
I always like to end by getting to know a little more about the home life of the Black Knight Team. I asked Elizabeth when she is not in the office what she enjoys doing most.
“When I am not working I am with my husband and daughter. We go antique shopping and even go for a motorcycle ride. During the warmer weather we head to Doheny State Beach and I soak up the sun while watching them surf!”
Elizabeth has been a great addition to the Black Knight Termite family. I can’t wait to see what she brings to the continued grow of the business.
